Our store currently ships within Japan only.

At this time, international shipping is not available.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation or order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing time does not include shipping or delivery time.

3. Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped using Sagawa Express and other reliable domestic courier services.

The shipping carrier may vary depending on the destination, package size, or logistical conditions.

After shipment, orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees vary depending on the delivery region and total order weight.

The exact shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

0g–2,000g: ¥800
2,001g–5,000g: ¥900
5,001g–10,000g: ¥1,030
10,001g–20,000g: ¥1,800
20,001g–30,000g: ¥3,409

Hokuriku Area

0g–2,000g: ¥600
2,001g–5,000g: ¥700
5,001g–10,000g: ¥780
10,001g–20,000g: ¥1,250

Shipping fees for other regions are calculated using a similar weight-based system and will be clearly displayed before checkout.

Actual shipping fees may vary depending on the delivery address and package details.

6. Tracking & Shipment Notification

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.

Customers can track shipments through:

  • the courier’s official tracking page, or

  • our website (if tracking is available).

7. Delivery Issues

If your delivery appears delayed, please allow an additional 2–3 business days before contacting us.

If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the item, please:

  1. Contact your local courier office, or

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • incorrect address information

  • missing apartment or building numbers

  • incorrect postal codes

If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address information, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

If a shipment is refused or cannot be delivered due to customer-related reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs and handling fees.

9. Shipping Liability

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the shipment has been handed over to the courier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
