1. Placing an Order

  • Orders can be placed through our website at highqualityjp.com, our Facebook page, or authorized sales representatives.
  • Please ensure all details (product name, size, quantity, delivery address, contact number) are correct before confirming your order.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed exclusive of tax and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, credit/debit card, mobile payment, or cash on delivery (COD).

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within one (1) business day.
  • Processing time does not include shipping time.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on location.
  • Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped (if applicable).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Changes & Cancellations

  • Order changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Cancellations are not allowed once the order has been processed or shipped.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 1–2 days of receiving the product.
  • Items must be in original packaging and in resellable condition.
  • Sale items are non-returnable.
  • Shipping fees for returns may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please report damaged or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos and order details for verification.
  • Replacement or refund will be processed after review.

8. Customer Responsibility

  • Ensure accurate shipping details are provided.
  • Be available to receive delivery.
  • Failure to receive delivery may result in additional charges.

  • Frozen goods and dry goods are shipped separately.
  • Shipping fees start at:
    • ¥550 for dry goods
    • ¥825 for frozen goods

Lucky Savers is a Japanese-owned with a Philippine wife and operated grocery store in Fukuoka Japan. Our goal is to provide the local and foreigner community with a convenient and affordable shopping experience. We are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service.

Our store will provide a variety of products and international items, including frozen foods, canned goods, bakery products, health and beauty products, and other grocery items. We also plan to offer a variety of specialty items, such as fresh produce, meat and poultry, dairy, organic and natural foods, gourmet, cheeses, and local items. We also plan to offer a wide selection of prepared foods, such as sandwiches, salads, and prepared meals.

At Lucky Savers, we are dedicated to providing a pleasant shopping experience. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will be available to assist customers with their shopping needs. We will also offer delivery services for those customers who are unable to shop in person.
