This Return & Refund Policy is established in accordance with Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions and other applicable laws.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Return requests will only be accepted if you contact us within 24 hours after delivery confirmation.

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product has an initial defect

  • The product was damaged during shipping

  • An incorrect item or quantity was delivered due to our error

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include all accessories and documentation

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Please note:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Personal preference

2. How to Request a Return

If you wish to request a return, please contact us before sending the item back.

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Food and consumable goods

  • Alcohol or beverages once opened

  • Opened hygiene products or cosmetics

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Hazardous materials

5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected.

Refunds or exchanges will be issued only after the inspection confirms a defect or shipping error.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • Product replacement

  • Store credit

  • Refund

Refund methods:

Credit card payments → refunded to the original payment method
Bank transfer → refunded to the customer's designated bank account
Cash on delivery → refunded via bank transfer

Please allow 5–10 business days after refund approval for processing.

Actual processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to:

Defective product or shipping error → return shipping costs will be covered by our store.

Customer reasons → returns are not accepted.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before shipment.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted.

8. International Orders

For international shipments:

  • Local laws and regulations of the destination country apply.

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and fees.

  • If a shipment is refused by customs or the customer, additional charges may apply.

  • Some products may be restricted depending on the destination country.
